Fairhand Home Appliances (“Fairhand,” “we,” “our”) is committed to providing customers with reliable appliances backed by professional service support and warranty coverage. This Service & Warranty Policy explains how Fairhand provides after-sales service, the scope of warranty protection, the claims process, exclusions, and customer responsibilities.

By purchasing from Fairhand, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Service & Warranty Policy.


1. Service Commitment

  • Fairhand provides free doorstep service support for all products under warranty.

  • Our trained technicians will attend to reported issues within 2–5 working days (subject to location and availability).

  • For minor issues, troubleshooting may be provided remotely through phone or video support.

  • If an appliance requires workshop servicing, pickup and return will be arranged by Fairhand.

  • After the warranty period, paid service support is available at affordable charges.


2. Warranty Coverage

  • All appliances include a 180-day (6 months) seller warranty, unless otherwise stated.

  • Warranty covers functional defects, performance issues, and breakdowns occurring under normal usage.

  • Where applicable, defective parts are replaced free of charge.

  • If repair is not possible, a replacement unit of equal or better value will be provided.


3. What is Covered

  • Mechanical and electrical faults.

  • Breakdowns due to normal wear-and-tear usage.

  • Functional defects affecting performance.


4. What is Not Covered

  • Physical damage (scratches, dents, breakage).

  • Misuse, neglect, or overloading of the appliance.

  • Consumables and accessories (pipes, hoses, stands, stabilizers, filters, remote controls, etc.).

  • External causes such as power surges, faulty wiring, or water leakage.

  • Unauthorized repairs by third parties.


5. Service & Warranty Claim Process

  2. Inspection by our technician (on-site or via video).

  3. Resolution through repair or replacement.

  4. Most cases resolved within 7–14 working days.


6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure proper installation environment (space, electrical, water).

  • Operate appliances as instructed by Fairhand.

  • Retain invoice and warranty card for service claims.

  • Avoid unauthorized servicing or modifications.


7. Relationship with Other Policies

  • For DOA replacements, refer to our Return & Replacement Policy.

  • For delivery and setup, refer to our Delivery & Installation Policy.

  • For complaints or disputes, refer to our Complaints & Dispute Resolution Policy.


8. Limitation of Liability

  • Our liability is limited to repair or replacement under warranty.

  • Fairhand is not responsible for indirect or incidental damages (e.g., loss of income, inconvenience).
