Fairhand provides free doorstep service support for all products under warranty.

Our trained technicians will attend to reported issues within 2–5 working days (subject to location and availability).

For minor issues, troubleshooting may be provided remotely through phone or video support.

If an appliance requires workshop servicing, pickup and return will be arranged by Fairhand.

After the warranty period, paid service support is available at affordable charges.
2. Warranty Coverage

All appliances include a 180-day (6 months) seller warranty, unless otherwise stated.

Warranty covers functional defects, performance issues, and breakdowns occurring under normal usage.

Where applicable, defective parts are replaced free of charge.
